What happens to lots that do not sell?
Most do sell, because a dispersal is advertised widely and most lots are offered without reserve. Where a reserved lot fails to meet its reserve, we can offer it to the underbidder or move it to a later auction. Items with no market value are cleared with the site so the building is handed back empty.
