Do I need to be there during the auction?
No. The auction runs online, so there is no room full of bidders and nothing for you to attend. We do need someone to open the premises for cataloguing, for the viewing day and during the collection window. If nobody can be on site we can arrange to hold keys and manage access ourselves, as long as it is agreed before the sale.
