A large machine shop with many machines and tools

We run auctions and private treaty sales for businesses in Swansea, Swansea, and the towns around it including Neath, Port Talbot, Llanelli, Pontardawe, Ammanford, Bridgend, Gorseinon. Sales are catalogued and held on your premises, or we collect the assets and sell them from our own premises when that suits better. Bidding is online and open to trade buyers across the UK.

Swansea has a mixed industrial base built on metals, manufacturing and distribution. Steel and metal processing firms are close by in the Neath and Port Talbot direction, with fabrication, engineering and plant hire companies spread through the city. The largest commercial district is Swansea Enterprise Park, which covers Llansamlet and parts of Morriston and mixes factories, warehouses and trade counters. Swansea West Business Park at Fforestfach is the other main estate. The Fabian Way corridor and the SA1 waterfront hold newer units near the docks.

The M4 runs along the north of the city. Junctions 44 and 45 serve the Enterprise Park and junction 47 serves Fforestfach and Gorseinon. The A483 and A4067 carry traffic into the centre. Swansea railway station is on the South Wales Main Line. Most estates have wide access roads and are used to articulated traffic.
