A large machine shop with many machines and tools

We run auctions and private treaty sales for businesses in Birmingham, West Midlands, and the towns around it including Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, West Bromwich, Walsall, Dudley, Coventry, Redditch, Tamworth. Sales are catalogued and held on your premises, or we collect the assets and sell them from our own premises when that suits better. Bidding is online and open to trade buyers across the UK.

Birmingham has a very large industrial property market. Automotive component makers, pressings and metal finishing shops, general engineering and food manufacturers are spread across the city, with logistics operators in the larger sheds to the east near the airport. Established industrial areas include Tyseley, Witton, Aston, Saltley, Minworth and Kings Norton. Birmingham Business Park and Gateway Park sit near junction 6 of the M42.

The M6 crosses the north of the city, with junctions 5 to 7 giving access to Castle Bromwich, Witton and Perry Barr. The M42 runs down the east side and the M5 starts at junction 8 of the M6 to the west. The A38 Aston Expressway links the city centre to the M6. Birmingham New Street and Birmingham International stations are on the West Coast Main Line. Inner city estates often have narrow access roads and limited yard space, so collection of large plant needs planning.
