Business asset auctions in Bradford

A large machine shop with many machines and tools

We run auctions and private treaty sales for businesses in Bradford, West Yorkshire, and the towns around it including Leeds, Halifax, Huddersfield, Keighley, Shipley, Bingley, Dewsbury, Wakefield. Sales are catalogued and held on your premises, or we collect the assets and sell them from our own premises when that suits better. Bidding is online and open to trade buyers across the UK.

Bradford has a mixed manufacturing base. Textile firms still spin, dye and finish wool and worsted cloth, though at a smaller scale than before. Food manufacturing is large, with many bakeries, sauce, snack and ready meal producers. Engineering, printing, packaging, chemicals and building products are spread across the district, and several national parcel and distribution operations are near the M606. Main industrial areas include Euroway Industrial Estate, Dudley Hill, Bowling Back Lane, Thornbury, Staithgate Lane and the Canal Road corridor. Keighley and Shipley have their own engineering estates within the district.

The M606 links the city to the M62 at junction 26, with the M1 and M621 a short drive east. The A650 runs to Keighley and Wakefield, and the A6177 ring road connects the main estates. Bradford Interchange and Forster Square are the two railway stations. Some of the older mill sites have tight yards and steep approaches, which matters when moving heavy machinery.
